The Alliance Specialist Sales Executive will be responsible for driving increased knowledge of Specialist Solution to both Inside Sales Reps, Channel via the PBM community and the wider EMEA Organisation. The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for developing the Alliance 'market' within Inside Sales Barcelona:

- Understand the business goals and targets
- Developing the Company Inside Sales Alliance Business Plan
- Implementing the strategy
- Supporting / providing enablement / education

In this position the candidate will be responsible for providing technical advice and sales support for Inside Sales reps. Through a combination of attending customer/partner calls, team meetings, product training & ISR coaching the candidate will support and drive delivery of incremental and Alliance revenue & margin performance across all sales teams. The ideal candidate will work calls with the sales reps to increase pipeline and transaction numbers and assist reps in closing opportunities.

The candidate will also be responsible for creating reports to Management, engaging on scheduled calls with the local Alliance and Company stakeholders to review monthly and quarterly forecasts, to plan business development activities and to resolve issues.

- High level of Dutch and English
- High level of technical and commercial knowledge
- Minimum 3-5 years IT Industry sales/ Pre sales experience
- Ability to articulate the benefits
- Vendor/ Partner management experience
- Creative, good team player

- Degree qualified is preferred but not essential where experience is proven
- Strategic thinking
