We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team of analytics experts and reporting specialists. You will be responsible for developing efficient solutions for Data Analysis processes, Data Consolidation platforms and operational tools development. All are on-click automated procedures customized to fit customer needs, replacing manual work. The ideal candidate is an experienced developer who enjoys optimizing operational/functional tools and building them from the ground up.

• Design and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes and optimizing data delivery by developing complex tools that are stable, scalable and sustainable
• Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from different data sources using SQL and VBA
• Build analytics tools that to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Maintain current tools and reports and provide backup for reporting specialists
• Create and maintain documentation of developed tools and reports
• Provide consultancy to Project Managers about the best application to use based on project and data handling complexity
• Work with stakeholders in Supply Chain Operations to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs
• Work with analytics and reporting specialists to strive for greater functionality of the tools and reports developed

Why You? What You Bring:

• 2 years of experience in a Data Engineer/developer role
• Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field
• Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases
• Working familiarity with other databases is a plus
• Advanced working VBA knowledge and experience in building complex tools with interactive user interface. Working familiarity with other programming languages is a plus
• Experience working with Microsoft PowerApps. Familiarity with similar Development environments is a major plus
• Experience building and optimizing architectures and data sets/models
• Strong analytic and organizational skills
